He holds a master’s degree in estate management and valuation from University of Lagos and Bachelor Degree in estate management and valuation as well from Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Osun State and holds both Higher National Diploma and National Diploma in Estate Management from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos.
Jeremiah has exhibited tireless energy, positive attitude and visionary leadership a specialty in building construction, project management, facilities management and building services/maintenance with an international certification in project management.
He is dynamic, result-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance in turnaround and high-paced organizations. Utilize keen analysis and insights and team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices.
He has been involved in a lot of multimillion-dollar industrial landmark projects such as Rice Milling Project, Cashew Processing factory, Soybean processing, sesame seed cleaning and Hulled processing factory and have a wealth of experience in construction of factories and warehouses in Nigeria.
He has attended several trainings and conferences both local and international on building construction, site management, contract management, and supply chain management, project management, procurement, and agricultural development, Human resources. He’s is a multidisciplinary and brings on board over 18 years of business experience and exceptional leadership acumen.
He is reputable and highly respected and has been involved in formation and cofounding of many other companies. He is member of Rotary Club of Nigeria.
Ajayi, Muyide Ayodele
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Muyide graduated from University of South Africa with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Structure Option). His background includes over 20 years of Project/Design Engineering and enormous experience in long-range field development, Strategic Planning, project management, construction and commissioning of oil and gas facilities.
His facilities design experience cuts across both Onshore and Offshore (Oil and Gas) and Building construction. He is equally versatile in project supervision, monitoring and offering of specialized skill in the engineering design softwares with the use of StruCAD, AutoCAD, PDMS and Autodesk Civil 3D.
Prior to joining Magnificent, Muyide worked as a Project Design Engineer – Shell Nigeria and Exploration Company (SNEPCO), where he directly managed
engineering design deliverable for Bonga Topside brownfield Northwest Project
(BNW) and Subsea Umbilical Riser Flowline (SURF) on BSWA projects for many
years.
Earlier in his career Muyide worked at various times for CAKASA as a Design Office Coordinator and Site Engineer where he participated on the Obat Petroleum Loading depot project – the biggest loading depot in West Africa. Shell Ogbainbiri upgrading facilities Project, Safety Centre International – a joint project of Shell, Nigeria Agip Oil Company (NAOC) and Intertek. As a young engineer he gained valuable field experience working on building and Oil and Gas projects for CAKASA and BHP African Engineering and Construction LTD a firm that specializes in offering Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Refinery engineering and design expertise.
He is widely travelled and is a member of various professional bodies among which is the South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE).
Olowofoyeku, Adeoye
(Company Consultant)
Adeoye has a PhD in Civil Engineering from University of Ibadan, an MSc and BSc in Civil Engineering from University of Lagos and University of Benin respectively. He serves as the civil structural engineering consultant to the management of magnificent choice services.
He is a registered member of Registered Engineer Council for Regulation of
Engineering in Nigeria, Fellow of Nigerian Society of Engineers, Fellow of Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers, and Member of American Society of Civil Engineers. He has over 25 years in a wide range of civil engineering practice in Nigeria.
Ehinmowo Ademeso Daisi
Mechanical Team Lead
A COREN registered Mechanical Engineer, is a seasoned hands-on Industrial and Mechanical Engineer with a wealth of experience spanning over 2 decades. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the
University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State, He has undergone many on-job and professional trainings and many certifications such Certificate course in Project Management. He has a wide range experiences in area; HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting (Sprinkler and FM 2000), Installation of Air-Cooled Chiller, water Cooled Centrifugal Chiller for Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene Plant, etc.
Oyadokun Micheal Oluwole
Head of Cost Estimation and Economist.
Micheal serves as the quantity Surveyor and cost economist of the company. He holds a Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying from Bell University Otta, Ogun State, he is also a graduate of Quantity Surveying from the Yaba College of Technology, Yaba-Lagos.
He has a wealth of experience in the field of cost estimation and management,
having worked in concurrently in a series of quantity surveying firms before joining Magnificent in 2015. He has participated in many trainings and conferences organized by Nigeria Institute of Quantity surveying and updated with current trends of costing and valuation in construction and other sector sectors.
Akinseto Kehinde Benson
Project Manager
He possesses Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from prestigious Federal University of Technology Akure and holds National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. He has a vast knowledge in oil and gas projects and general civil and construction projects.
He has managed many civil works in Oil and Gas and other sectors, His proficiency and interest in information technology made him stand out, He has undergone many local and international trainings both online and face to face such as Harvard business school online, Alison Education and many more.
